Pam joined the practice in December 2009. She comes to us with eight years experience in pet grooming and pet care and has been an avid animal lover all her life.
      She is a Galesburg native and left the area for a time to work as a flight attendant for Eastern Airlines.
      Pam has a daughter, a graduate of Western Illinois University. Pam has also been working toward a degree in the medical field, but prefers working in the animal medical field. She has numerous pets to call her own.

      Keri joined the practice in January 2010. She is highly qualified in grooming all breeds of dogs and cats. She earned a grooming certificate from Terry's Dog Styling School, Davenport, Iowa in 1995. She is a Certified Canine Specialist, awarded from the Pet Industry Joint Advisory Council, 1998-2001. She also earned a Certificate in Dog Psychology, 2001 from Canine Behavior Centre, England
      Keri earned a National Certificate in Stable Practice, 2004 from North Canterbury Community College in New Zealand.
      Keri works for us part time since she also grooms out of her home and runs a kennel in Woodhull, Illinois. Her husband, who is from Woodhull, brought her to our area. She has also worked for Niabi Zoo, area animal shelters and kennels in New Zealand.
      Keri has numerous pets of her own including horses.
